The EUSR Category 1 & 2 Combined course

provides essential knowledge and practical skills for identifying buried utility services and carrying out safe excavation work. You will learn how to accurately operate a CAT and Genny to detect underground services, alongside applying safe digging techniques using recognised methods that reduce risk and meet industry standards. Designed for managers, supervisors, operatives, and safety professionals involved in utility excavation and service detection, the course combines theory, hands-on training, and assessment. This approach ensures you gain practical experience while demonstrating your competence in safe excavation practices. Upon successful completion, you will be awarded an EUSR card. 2 day course valid for 3 years.
